She has research experience in speech-evoked auditory brainstem response testing for diagnosis of auditory processing disorders.&nbsp;Dr. Mitchell was an audiologist with the Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center in Meridian, Idaho, and St. Luke\u2019s Ear, Nose, Throat &amp; Facial Plastic Surgery in Twin Falls, Idaho, before joining Mt.
