When you come for your first visit, you will be greeted and asked to complete some new patient paperwork. Enjoy a chocolate kiss as you fill out everything\u2026don\u2019t forget your signature!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When ready, your provider will walk you back to an evaluation room. Your provider will review your questions and concerns, review your medical history and then explain what tests will be done and what to expect. At any time, you are welcome to ask questions and we will be happy to answer and make sure you are comfortable with what is going on. Our goal is to be your favorite office to visit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After your evaluation, your provider will review their findings and explain to you what it all means.
